MUF102 : Aural skills I / College of Creative Arts

This course introduces students to important aspects of aural training in music. Students will be expected to utilize their knowledge of music theory in this class. Exercises in introductory topics of aural training such as scales, intervals, sight singing and dictation of simple melodic and rhythmic phrases will be given as weekly activities. Activities are planned to reinforce students’ understanding and listening ability in music.
