Abstract
This undergraduate project is about the factors influencing usage of vending machine among students at University Teknologi Mara Cawangan Terengganu. A vending machine is a small, self- contained machine that sells snacks, beverages, entertainment, and even services to customers. In general, a vending machine is defined as a machine that sells things and services to customers and requires them to make a choice before they can acquire the goods and services. Vending machine is a norm among university students. Since the vending machine ease to access and available in college and operate 24 hours. The research sampling method use in this survey was convenience sampling technique which is under non- probability sampling method since the participants are selected based on their availability at college from selected date. The data collection was using Google Form which is the survey question distributed by online to the targeted respondents. The sample selected was based on the population that stay at college from 29th March 2021 until 16th July 2021 and to total of sample selected was 266 respondents. This study aims to understand the factors that influences the use of Vending Machine among students at University Teknologi Mara Cawangan Terengganu and to compare factor of influences on use of vending machine among students at University Teknologi Mara Cawangan Terengganu through gender. The result of the finding shows that the factors may influence the usage of the vending machine among students at University Teknologi Mara Cawangan Terengganu. This study may provide a better understanding of the elements that influence student vending machine utilization. This discovery could also help future researchers gain a better knowledge of the subject.
