Abstract
The main objective of this study is to understand and learn how the marketing of service is carried out in a company, as service marketing has special features canpared to consurrer marketing. The second objective is to apply the theory and knowledge of marketing plan in a real situation. The title of the study is the Residential Telephone Sale Promotion Campaign of Telekom Malaysia Central Region. Information is gathered through personal interviews with the customers and the staff of the Residential Marketing Unit, visits to customer premises and observations.
