Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the working environment in Borneo Eco Tours Sdn Bhd has affecting the level of employee's satisfaction while working with the company. At the same time, this study also examines demographic, working related attributes, and the perception of the working environment in Borneo Eco Tours Sdn Bhd. The result provide an employee profile, the level of satisfaction among the employee, employee's opinion regarding some working environment attributes / issues and Borneo Eco Tours as their employer.
