Paperwork submission web development for FSKM student’s societies / Nurin Saffa Safuan

Nowadays people started to rely on technology and use the internet whenever they got work to do. Thus, by having this current technology, online system is being developed to ease them from having any difficulties. The problems faced by the students’ societies are difficulties of using manual process of paperwork preparation with Borang C. Therefore, this project is proposed to enhance the current process and assist the students’ societies by using online submission. The scope of this project is for students’ societies and Student Affairs of Faculty of Computer and Mathematical Sciences (FSKM). As the students’ societies using this system, they able to submit their paperwork with Borang C wherever and whenever they want to submit. Furthermore, the Student Affairs can use this system to approve the student’s paperwork to an activity and view the summary of the report in a dashboard. This project used the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC) as the methodology approach to the development of Paperwork Submission Web Development for FSKM Students’ Societies. Web Development Life Cycle is divided into five phases which planning, analysis, design and development, testing and implementation and maintenance. In conclusion, Paperwork Submission Web Development could help the students’ societies and Student Affairs to ease their work from using traditional process to electronic process and can be enhanced in term of platform and features for future works.
