Industrial training report: PEIP Sdn Bhd / Wan Norsyazwani Wan Mustaffa

This report was written as part of the Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons.) Human Resource requirement. According to the plan of study, internship is the last course forall undergraduate programmes in the Faculty of Business andManagement which required student to undergo internship attachment or on-the-job training in areas related to our academic degree and field of concentration. This internship course serves as a practical training ground for a student to receive practical knowledge and workplace skills that give experience with work and responsibility in carrying out tasks assigned by the company. It would enhance practical skills, knowledge, and attitude in carrying out the task.
I completed my industrial training at Perbadanan Ekonomi Islam Perak (PEIP) for about 24-week/6-month. All my time at this company is extremely significant since the experiences I get will help me acquire a better job after I graduate. All the tasks and assignments that I have done will be included in this report. During my internship, I was allocated at Human Resource department, which was beneficial to me as I was able to obtain new knowledge and improve my abilities in human resource. I have been exposed by the top management with the professional route by sharing their expertise in the sector. Overall, my internship has been a positive experience because I have a helpful and caring supervisor as well as congenial coworkers. It is an honour for me to propose Perbadanan Ekonomi Islam Perak Sdn Bhd as a place for future undergraduates to pursue their internship.

Plus, I have explained more about this company in term of their company profile, company structure company, and business sectors.
