Industrial training report at Rentokil Initial Sdn Bhd / Mohammad Hairie Mohd Hafidzul

This marked the beginning of my six-month industrial training programme at Rentokil Initial Sdn Bhd Penang and Langkawi Branch. It was an exciting and unforgettable experience. This internship report contains information on the period I worked as an intern at this company, which took place between September 4, 2023, and February 12, 2024. I have been tasked with working under Rachel Tan's supervision in the administrative department.
I picked up a lot of new skills here, like filing, getting all the paperwork ready for fumigation, and calling customers to update their data on our system. I do every assignment that my supervisor assigns me with success. However, the SWOT analysis section of this study is its strongest point. The main findings of this study, as presented in the SWOT analysis section, concentrate on a number of important elements, such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I have concentrated on the SWOT analysis of this company's several departments in this research. In the discussion and suggestions phase, every aspect of the SWOT Analysis is examined. However, this research contains a PESTLE study, which is similar to a SWOT analysis, in order to evaluate Rentokil Initial capabilities.
