Factor influence Muslim guest satisfaction on Shariah compliant hotel / Siti Fatihah Samsuddin

Shariah-compliant hotel is a modem, innovative and creative hotel services. Such trend can be seen in countries where the majority of Muslim people are Malaysia. It has been successfol as a Muslim country and popular tourist destination to try to attract Muslim tourists from all over the world to come here every year. To determine the factor contributing of Shariah Compliant Hotel on Muslim customers in Malaysia, the proposed study research was selected. This study also aims at understanding the operation of Shariah Compliant Hotels in Malaysia and their factor to Muslim guest satisfaction. It can contribute to the Hotel's success factor with the high satisfaction and guest experience gained at the Shariah Compliant Hotel. Data collection will be constructed through content analysis which is by looking at the journals and articles from previous researchers and academicians. The type of this research proposal is secondary data and using argumentary method. At the end of this research, it assists the service providers to gain knowledge and guidelines in implementing the service quality on Shariah Compliant hotel
