Perbadanan Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Perak / Nor Shafarina Izreen Mohd Azmi

My 6-month industrial training journey began at Perbadanan Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Perak (Perak SADC), where I had a wonderful and valuable learning experience & knowledge. Puan Nor Wasillah Binti Mohd Ramli, Human Resource Senior Assistant Manager, was my supervisor during my internship, which began on 1 September 2023 and ended on 9 February 2024. This internship report provides an overview at PPPNP as well as the findings obtained during industrial training confucted at Perbadanan Pembangunan Pertanian Negeri Perak. Several number of sections included in this report which began with introduction of students profile and company’s profile. All details on duration, details of training and thought are discussed in detail for the next section which is training reflections. For the SWOT analysis have well discussed on the company’s strength, weakness, opportunities and threats. All the information that have been gathered is gathered in discussion and recommendation section which would discuss in more detail an important things and ideas of recommendation.
