Industrial training report: Quest Dynamic Industries Sdn Bhd

The purpose of writing this Industrial training report is to evaluate the extent of the effectiveness of the Industrial Training that the students have undergone throughout the session. This report is important because it is a document that is evidence of the training followed by the student. It is also used as a way of documenting all the activities carried out in the firm throughout the training. The trainees underwent industrial training for six months beginning on 1st September 2023 and ending on 9 February 2023, located at Lot 515, Jalan Perusahaan Baru 2B, Kawasan Perusahaan Perai, 13600 Perai, Pulau Pinang. The purpose of Industrial Training was created to increase the workability of graduates. Industrial training programs were introduced to strengthen the necessary competencies and give students the opportunity to learn in the world of work to receive practical experience in order to improve their marketability. In addition, Industrial training plays an important role in revealing the true working environment conditions to students so that students are better prepared to face the working environment in the future. In relation to that, Industrial training can also help students to understand more clearly the purpose of the subjects learned in the lecture room to be applied during the industrial training
