Post contract work, the last stage of the construction of building is important and should not be taken lightly by anyone, therefore this report will discuss about rectification of building defects during defect liability period. The defect liability period is the period of time from the date of delivery of vacant possession and keys delivered, where the developer is responsible to fix any defects occurred or found.
