Abstract
At Wisma Darul Aman, I started my six-month industrial training program, which was interesting and unforgettable. The data in my training report is related to a six-month training in the Human Resources Department of Wisma Darul Aman, which lasted from 3 September 2023 to 12 February 2024. ‘Wisma Darul Aman’ Human Resource Department has been split into two sections that is management and services. Under Mr. Abdul Manaf Bin Majid's guidance, I have been assigned to work in the services section of the human resources department. I gained a lot of new knowledge from this experience, including how to handle treatment claims from state government employees, retirees, and families, controlling service verification procedures, supervising the progress of Kedah state public service employees, and others. I do every job given by my supervisor and other staff well. Nevertheless, the SWOT analysis element of the study is emphasized in the preparation of this report. The main findings of this study, as presented in the SWOT analysis section, center on several important variables, such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. I have focused on the SWOT analysis of the Human Resources Department in my paper. In the discussion and proposal phase, each aspect of the SWOT Analysis is examined. However, this report contains a PESTLE, which is comparable to a SWOT analysis, to assess the internal capabilities of Wisma Darul Aman.
