Industrial training report: Gen Y Wealth Consultancy / Nuraina Syafiqah Mohd Fauzi

The experience I obtained when completing this industrial training at Gen Y Wealth Consultancy very meaningful and valuable. In this organization, I have trained in the position as Admin and Personal Assistant. In particularly, the position I trained in this organization are related with my course. I have trained in documentation, handling client’s claim, making a report and preparation for speaker talk. This is incredibly valuable experience for me as I can applied my knowledge, skills and creativity that I gain during my degree in Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Arau, Perlis. This report is prepared to appreciate and understand more about company in various field such as internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats toward organization. The important of having analysis in organization is the company can measure the opportunities that the company can obtained and take preventive actions in the threats that can harm the organization. Thus, having the analysis is very important for company to sustain in the business market as the company can identify the actions and grab the opportunities in the market.
