Abstract

The purpose of study is to investigate the significant between determinants of housing price in Kelantan. Housing is an important component of economic development where it has been government policy to provide a home for every citizen. The scope of these studies focused on the home buyers and renters in Kelantan and three independent variables which are cost of materials, demand for house and location. The respondents are selected using the convinience sampling. Data are collected through the questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. Based on finding, the three independent variables has a significant relationship towards the housing price. In short, cost of materials, demand for house and location are the determinant of housing price in Kelantan
