ICP804: Project Planning, Monitoring and Control-Principles, Tools and Techniques / College of Built Environment

This course is aimed at improving the project managers’ awareness of the origin of project management and project planning, together with the skills and competencies of effective project management. The project managers will be exposed to the use of planning, monitoring tools and techniques ( including the use of a suitable software). In addition, the course will consider the importance of standard project methodologies for managing project. The course is to be delivered through lectures and tutorials. The students are expected to submit assignments and also sit for an examination.
