Abstract

The course will provide students with concept, skills and techniques of ethnic Malay traditional cooking. This course also exposes students to the various Malay foods from various regions in Malaysia and its relationships with Malay culture and traditions from the theoretical and practical perspectives. Students will also be exposed to managerial and entrepreneurial skills throughout the course.
