Abstract
This course exposes students to the principles and concepts of adaptation. Students will be introduced to various sources of ideas in adapting a story, namely from a short story to a short film. The issues and elements to be adapted are also discussed. For the course, students are required to prepare a proposal for a 15-20 minutes short film consisting a treatment and a script breakdown.
