Abstract
Student trainees are required to undergo comprehensive industrial training either government or private agencies dealing with plantation, technology and management activities for two months (8 weeks). The trainees shall be guided and supervised with hands-on training on day-to-day running of the plantation operation and activities upon the agreement of the organization.
