Abstract
This course deals with the basic concept of Muamalah. It also covers the principles of contract in Islam, contract of sale and types of trade and commercial transactions in Islamic business. The concept of partnership and the contract of security will also be discussed. This course also deals with the concept of riba and the application of Muamalah in Financial Institutions.
