Blue resin arts coffee table / Marwan Hadi Hussin

Coffee table is a main furniture that usually put in the living room and were designed to be paired with sofas. Nowadays, coffee table will come in various type of design, material and style that can be used to match with the theme of the living room. In this study, a coffee table is designed by make a combination of blue epoxy resin with the solid wood for the tabletop to enhance the aesthetic value of the coffee table. The solid wood that has been choose is from Juniper spp. as a raw material. Metal also has been used as a raw material for the table legs to make it simpler and more modern. A survey by using Google form is conducted to evaluate the customer satisfaction towards this product based on knowledge, material, design and satisfaction. It involved about 190 respondents which is from a different demographic factor such as gender, age, profession, income and status. Based on the result shown, most of respondent agreed with the design of Blue Resin Arts coffee table. The result also shown that respondent has strongly agree that this product is suitable to be commercialized and recommended in market.
