Folding workstation / Hadri Mahlil

People are well aware of the popularity of multifunctional folding furniture. Multifunctional furniture is designed to provide more comfort, especially in small spaces such as apartments or condos. The study of folding furniture was critical in order to complete this project and guarantee the understanding on what are needed to do based on the project objectives. The goal of this project is to create a virtual prototype of a folding workstation that can be folded to save space. The design of the folding component, particularly the hinge part, is usually problematic. Collecting information, problem identification, research analysis, design process, mock-up building, prototype construction, and prototype analysis are all part of this project's product design process. The objectives were achieved by making folding workstation prototype that will be evaluate from certain respondents by using questionnaire.
