A shoe rack is a popular piece of furniture used as a storage item in the home. Many shoes rack exists in the market. Shoe rack existed usually serves its only function to store shoes. Nowadays most people looked up to a multi-functional furniture for their house. Shoe rack in the market usually has a simple design for shoe storing, but have no seat to be seat while wearing shoes. The purpose of this research is to design multi-functional shoe storage with bench by using rubberwood and meranti with rattan. As a result, a questionnaire was issued through Google Form to 186 potential customers to measure their responses to the suggested design of the shoe rack with bench. The descriptive analysis results show that design is the most essential component in manufacturing the shoe storage with bench. The outcomes of the correlation study shows that there is a strong positive correlation between respondents’ knowledge of the material, design, marketing of the product and potential customers' satisfaction with a product. Generally, respondents agreed that the product is appropriate for commercialization in the furniture market. It is believed that the suggested product could be promoted as other marketable furniture.
