Abstract

This research paper aim to critically define the factors influencing internship satisfaction among students in UiTM Melacca City Campus. The aims of this study are to determine the relationship of Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support, and Perceived Co-worker Support towards Internship Satisfaction among the final year students (Mac-Sep 2020 Semester) in UiTM Melacca City Campus. Correlational study was used in this research to describe the relationship among the variables. Questionnaire is used as the instrument to gather data. By conducting this study, it can give clear overview and the result shows that the issues on Perceived Organizational Support, Perceived Supervisor Support, and Perceived Co-worker Support are significantly positive correlated with the internship satisfaction.
