IPK661 : Environmental ethics / Faculty of Administrative Science & Policy Studies

This course focuses on environmental management ethics with direct comparison to Islamic ethics (al adab) and its relationship to the environment. It includes three major theories namely anthropo-centrism, eco-centrism and techno-centrism with special discussion from the Islamic perspective. The current applied management will be linked into philosophy of creation, its function, roles and rights of human being up to the current environmental crisis with their solutions will be discussed along with the Islamic points of views; globally and locally.
