Generally, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) is one of the higher institutions or in malay word called as “Institut Pengajian Tinggi Awam (IPTA)” that established in Malaysia other than private institutions. This is whereby; government provides public institution which offers the students to further their study to achieve the higher level in term of education. It is the higher institution that achieved its objectives to be as a “World Class University” and recognized by ISO. This university had been recognized because it achieved the standard of certain level of international university and reach the targeted goals. This UiTM established on 1956 with establishment of Rural Industrial Development Authority (RIDA) training centre which one of the trial centre that provide preparation courses for the rural people that have English education. The main objective is to create a better living style of rural people and increase their level of economy. On 1965, RIDA training centre change their name to the “Maktab MARA (Majlis Amanah Rakyat)” which exist from Bumiputera of Economic Congress. Here, “Maktab” which means is a college established for higher or professional education. So, this training centre is an education place to provide people to get their better needs of education.
