Abstract
This study was conducted to identify the performance of Form Two students, to determine the importance of basic knowledge in Geometrical constructions to achieve good grade in Mathematics. 25 students were selected from one of the form two classes as the respondents in this study. A set of questionnaire which consists of 10 items each. While the students achievement was measured based on the respondent’s test result. The data was being process by using Microsoft Excel. Based on the findings it shows that student’s basic knowledge in geometrical constructions is a main factor which contributes to student’s performance in exam.
