Abstract
This is an introductory course that introduces students to the industrial design subject in particular and the profession in general. The student learns through hands-on experience in the design development of tangible products. Techniques in idea searching, design development, presentation and model making are discussed in detail. Lessons emphasize implementing ideas into actual practice while solving design problems and presenting concepts effectively.
