Abstract
GetHelp.id is a crowdfunding site in charitable activities with kinds of projects for variety of social, personal, creative, and other purposes that available in Indonesia. The concept of crowdfunding is raising funds online from the public to fund or donate some money for specific needs (profit or nonprofit projects). GetHelp.id has some useful features. (1) Free charity, as a dedication from GetHelp.id to help people who are need for help by removing administrative fees by 5% to 0% for certain categories. (2) Blood donation, as a form of proactive assistance in responding to the lack of distribution of blood donors. (3) Volunteer System, as an intermediary facility for people who want to be directly involved in helping society who are suffering from disaster. (4) Realtime notification, as a support facility for donors and campaigners in conveying their good intentions. The innovation distinguishes between other crowdfunding platforms is volunteering feature with assistance from related partners such as social organization. There are non-cash donation (blood donor) feature. And realtime accumulation of funds (transparency of submission and distribution of funds). GetHelp.id will be commercialized in various social media platforms and advertising services such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, Google Ads by attracting public figures and influencers. We will also collaborate with various institutions, foundations or social organizations. And we get profit from advertising on website.
