Abstract
The study examines factors affecting student’s academic performance at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kampus Bandaraya Melaka. The focus of this research study is factors such as time management, decision making and motivation towards student’s academic performance. Objective: to identify the relationship between time management and student’s academic performance, to examine the relationship between decision making and student’s academic performance, to study the relationship between motivation and student’s academic performance. Methodology: the population in this study conducted at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kampus Bandaraya Melaka were 2342 students and the sample size were 250 respondents. Data collection: collect data by using questionnaires and analyses data respondent by Statical Package for Social Science (SPSS). It’s to analyses the data of descriptive, reliability and multiple regression analysis. Result: the finding shows have two independent variable significant which are decision making and motivation while a time management is not significant with student’s academic performance at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kampus Bandaraya Melaka.
