Industrial training report: Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Melaka

This report is about my industrial training journey at the Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang Negeri Melaka (LPPNM). The main purpose of this report is to identify the SWOT Analysis of this company. This report contains information about the company and also what I was able to learn and observe throughout my training in this industry. I need to undergo the training for 6 months, which is from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023. So, all the things that happened, new knowledge, and also the job scope that I did are explained in this report. There are several sections in this report. First, is the student's profile, which is a resume. Next, for company profiles there is the background of the establishment, logo, vision, mission, slogan, objectives, quality policies, organizational structures, and also the product or services offered by the company. Next is training reflection. It was a summary of my findings, including the job scope that was assigned to me and the activities or programs that I joined throughout those 6 months. In addition, the SWOT analysis which is the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats is discussed in this section. The recommendation was also given to each element in order to help the LPP Melaka to increase their company’s effectiveness and will indirectly decrease its weaknesses and threats. There is also a reference list of the articles that can support all the arguments in the SWOT Analysis section. Lastly, the appendices section contains the photo that was taken during my industrial training. This industrial training was very helpful to final year students since it can make students become more prepared to face real work life in the future after graduating from their studies.
