Abstract
This memorandum of agreement is made on this (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") between Universiti Teknologi MARA (hereinafter ref erred to as "UiTM"), a public university established under the Universiti Teknologi MARA 1976 [Act 1973] and having its address at the Chancellery, 40450 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia and shall include its lawful representatives and permitted assigns of the first part and Universitas Komputer Indonesia (hereinafter referred to as "UNIKOM"), a private university incorporated under Surat Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional with a referral number 126/D/0/2000, having its registered office at route Jalan Dipati Ukur, No. 122-114, Bandung, West Java, Indonesia and shall include its lawful representatives and permitted assigns, of the second part.
