International collaborative research agreement between Qatar University and Universiti Teknologi MARA

This International Collaborative Research Agreement (the "Agreement"), has been entered into in the day of its last signature between Qatar University, the National University of the State of Qatar which is established under Law Decree No. 34 of Year 2004 and having its address at PO Box 2713, Doha, Qatar, ("QU"), and shall be legally represented by Dr.Saeed Al Meer, in his capacity as Director of Research Support (Grants & Contracts) and Universiti Teknologi MARA, (hereinafter referred to as "UiTM") an institution of higher learning established under the Universiti Teknologi MARA Act 1976 (Act 173) and having its address at Chancellery, Universiti Teknologi MARA, 40450 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia, (UiTM) legally represented in signing this Agreement by (Professor Dr Nor Azura Md Ghani), in her capacity as Director, Research Management Centre (RMC).
