Abstract

This project paper is prepared as a fulfillment of the Bachelor in Business Administration ( BBA ) majoring in Finance. For this purpose, I have selected a topic of " A Study on The Performance of The Commercial Banks which listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) by Using Financial Ratio Analysis ". The purpose of this study is to enable the readers to understand the basic features and thinking behind the development of any models and how they are being applied in analysing current performance of companies, especially in detecting any symptoms which might lead to success or failure. The ratio analysis is the best method in analysing the performance of the company's success and failure. Therefore, this project paper will provide a view of corporate performance based on the ratio analysis which is a vital sign of the company. Beside that, this study reveals the usefulness of the ratio analysis itself.
