Industrial training report: Volvo Trucks Malaysia Sdn. Bhd

The objective of the industrial training was to get actual industry experience and to apply academic knowledge in a real-life setting. This industrial training study focuses on the company profile, training reflections, and SWOT analysis that will be focuses on the Human Resources department of Volvo Trucks Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (VTM). It was written throughout the course of a 24-week internship. The first part of this report will explain the company background, visions and missions, company organizational chart, and a few products and services offered. The training reflections also being highlighted as it will focuses on roles and responsibilities and also valuable knowledge and experience gained which gives useful insights into the business's daily operations. Meanwhile, the second part of this report will be included a tactical SWOT analysis for VTM that will be provided to two points of each followed by discussions and recommendations. The outcome of this report can be helpful to the company to produce a competitive future of Human Resources department.
