Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah / Nurnabila Wahida Mohd Helmi

This report is about the journey and assessment I worked on during my six-month internship at Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah starting from 1 March until 15 August 2023. It is written to fulfill the task for the subject Internship (MGT666) that I have been taking for the last semester of my degree. This report details the content of the student's updated resume from their profile. The report also contained a summary' of the company, which required me to learn about its history, vision, purpose, objectives, and goals as well as its organizational structure and the goods and services it offers. The following section of the report discusses my training reflection and includes information about the time period of my internship, specifics about my duties and responsibilities, and finally, what I have gained from my six-month internship at Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah. Next, the SWOT analysis of Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah was then included in this report. I must thus learn about the firm's SWOT analysis and offer some ideas for each of the SWOT components so that the company may enhance its management. The final section requires me to summarize the main points of the report. I have to include some references as well to back up this report. Then,the report’s last section comprise my internship experience which is illustrated in the appendices.
