This report on industrial training is a comprehensive summary of my 26-week internship at Mesiniaga Berhad (MB). During my internship, I observed every significant aspect of this department, which I have detailed in this report. This report contains information about the department's name, location, and company history. Along with it, this department's detailed vision, mission, and objective were emphasized. Throughout my internship, I worked as Administrative Assistant in IT Service Support (ITSS) Department. As the primary purpose of an internship is to learn how to work in a practical environment and to employ academic knowledge in a real-world setting, this is the primary objective of an internship. This report also includes my profile, an overview of training, a SWOT analysis, recommendations, and a discussion. A SWOT analysis is utilized to evaluate the competitive position of a company, including strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In this report, I perform a SWOT analysis and evaluate Mesiniaga Berhad's performance in order to provide a summary of the company's performance during my industrial education at the company. In addition, I've provided specific suggestions for the development.
