Industrial training is one of the mandatory courses for all Bachelor of Office System Management students at University Technology Mara (UiTM). This course must be taken to complete the degree and graduate from UiTM as Office System Management students. We must complete 14 weeks of industrial training that began on 1st March 2023 and ended on 15th August 2023. Arus Inovasi is a medical company that supplies medical throughout Malaysia. Industrial training with this company has given me a broad range of experience, strong communication skills, good collaboration, the development of work ethic, procedure and rules, and a professional viewpoint. This training have enhance the confidence in my capacity to succeed in the profession. I have been assigned to work in Admin unit of my department. The industrial training programme provides me with learning opportunities in the industry where I know how to conducting quotation, filing report, provide and monitor the stock take, and also doing office task. I get practical experience and expand the knowledge that will be beneficial after my graduation. Instead of only learning theory in class, this training allows me to gain extensive exposure to a real-world industrial setting, which may help me to improve my job market prospects. Finally, industrial training provides several advantages and benefits for me. To attain the best professional achievements, I can improve my working skills and my confidence.
