Geodis Malaysia Sdn Bhd / Nur Farah Auni Rahim

This report is about my 6-month internship programme at Geodis Malaysia Sdn Bhd which is located at Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah. During the internship programme, I was placed under the supervision of Puan Nur Shafawani Binti Azami started from 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023. There are 9 sections that will be discussed in this industrial training report. The first section consists of the preliminary page, which includes the executive summary, table of contents, and acknowledgement. The second section is the student’s profile, which shows the latest resume. Third section will be the company’s profile. In this section, I will explain the name of the company, logo, location, company’s background, mission, vision, goals, objectives, organizational structure, products and services offered by the company. The fourth section is explained by the trainee in the context of training reflection consisting of duration, working day and time, department roles, responsibilities, assignments, and tasks assigned, and benefits that the trainee gained during internship. Next, for the fifth section will be the SWOT analysis. In this part, I will explain the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that have been observed in Geodis Sdn Bhd. Sixth section is about the discussion and recommendation that I can provide from what I learned during the internship programme. Seventh section will be the last important section which is the conclusion. In this part, I will summarize everything that I have explained from the beginning of the report. Eighth section will be the references and ninety section will be the appendices. In the appendices part, I will provide all the related pictures that I took during the internship.
