Heart N Art / Nurfarah Izzati Razali

The company that I chose is Heart N Art which is a shirt printing company. It is located in Melaka and has two branches that have a strategic position. The aim of this company is to be a one-stop centre for resolving issues relating to t-shirt printing and embroidery. In this section, I also discuss the organizational structure found in the Heart N Art company in more detail. The products and services that this company offers are diverse but the basis is printing. They offer a variety of printing products and shirts such as sublimation shirts. In the second section, I discuss my reflection training for six months which is equivalent to 24 weeks at Heart N Art. I was assigned to the Heart N Art Headquarters, the division's second branch for sales and marketing. In this section I will talk about my roles, responsibilities and tasks during my internship and also what benefits I get here. The third section is the SWOT analysis that I studied and obtained about this company based on my internship here. The strength of the company I studied is that it has expertise in printing business, has a very good geographical location and the company is well known locally with a good reputation. In addition, weaknesses are that this company has fewer permanent employees who manage orders, not enough brand recognition on social media and poor organizational structure. Besides that, the opportunities I am talking about are government programs, education network and also government policy changes. Last but not least, the threats I am discussing are, economy recession, intense competition, cybersecurity attack and data breaches. Every point that I studied, I have included along with the recommendation. I am very grateful for being given the opportunity to do an internship at Heart N Art, my confidence level increased significantly during this time as I was finally stepping out of my comfort zone.
