Abstract
In this study, we investigate the relationship between the dependent variable that is unemployment rate in Sabah and Sarawak and its independent variables that is foreign direct investment (FDI), export, and economic growth. The dependent variable will use as explanatory variables. What are the relationships of these variables? Do the explanatory variables have positive and negative impact towards the dependent variables? We examine the dynamic relationship of these variables using the single regression, multiple regression, Johansen co-integration test, and Granger Causality test.
