With the total amount of Indonesian people almost reach 250 million, inappropriate behavior such as disposing of leftover food has become a habit that has almost been done by Indonesian people, given the number of pre-prosperous communities in Indonesia reached 19.4 million. Meanwhile, the total waste of leftover food, that mostly contributed by catering and hospitality companies, reached an estimated 13 million metric tons of 190 million metric tons of food needed. The estimated amount of leftover food that wasting can be said to be able to feed nearly 11% of the population in Indonesia, orreach approximately 28 million Indonesians. This number is almost equal to the number of preprosperous people in Indonesia.
