Industrial training report: Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL)

The six month of my industrial training that I will not forget began at the Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), Kuala Lumpur, where I had an excellent and useful learning experience. My industrial training began on the 1st of March 2023, and ended on the 15th of August 2023. While undergoing these industrial training, a person that helps me go through this journey are Miss Nadhierah Binti Sabri which is my supervisor. This report is made to give an overview of the Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) SWOT analysis that were obtained during the industrial training and will be shown in detail in the report content. There will be a different section expected in this report which start with the introduction of the company profiles. Next part will be explaining the task or benefits that are implemented and taught during industrial training are discussed in detail in reflection of industrial training. Then followed by the most important part of the report which is the SWOT analysis section. This section covers about the internal and external elements that could affect HKL which includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Then, all of the information gathered from the SWOT analysis will be reviewed in the next section which are discussion and recommendation. This section will cover more explanation on the SWOT analysis factors that have been listed, and each point will be given suggestion to improve the quality of HKL in the future. Furthermore, in the conclusion section, the report will be summarized and next some references will be attached and also appendices at the end of the report.
