Industrial training report: Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang

My unique, memorable, and meaningful experience for a 6-month practical training journey began here at Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang. I was assigned to the Bahagian Pentadbiran Am, Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan and I started my practical training journey on 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023 under the supervision of En. Mohd Syafiq Hanis bin Hamli. Therefore, this report gives an overview of Bahagian Pentadbiran Am, Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan as well as the findings acquired during the practical training conducted. This report is separated into several sections and begins with my latest resume where I stated the details and information needed to seek a job. As for the next section, I have talked about the introduction of the company’s profile such as the logo, flag, background of establishment, vision, mission, objectives, and services provided at Majlis Bandaraya Pasir Gudang. Moreover, the next section is regarding my reflection during the practical training which will cover the working day and time and the division that I have been assigned to, my roles, responsibilities, assignments, and tasks that I have done during this 6-month journey, and the benefits that I have gained during my practical training. Furthermore, the next section contained the important part of this report where I summarized the main findings regarding the services provided by Bahagian Pentadbiran Am, Jabatan Khidmat Pengurusan. It where will be separated into strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Meanwhile, in the discussion and recommendation section, all of the elements that I have gained in the SWOT analysis sections are discussed. Thus, in the last section, I have concluded the whole report and described my hope for the future.
