The beginning of my unique and explaining six-month industrial training experience took place at Elrah Trading Sdn. Bhd. This paper provides a comprehensive account of my internship experience at Elrah Trading Sdn. Bhd., going from March 1st, 2023 to August 15th, 2023. Elrah Exclusive is a famous apparel brand that specializes in providing fashionable attire, specifically Baju Melayu and Kurta, for discerning males seeking to enhance their style and exude a sense of sophistication and confidence. Elrah Exclusive actively promotes the initiation of professional careers for individuals such as recent graduates, those now unemployed, and individuals actively seeking employment, due to the abundance of work prospects it offers. In this report, I will provide a comprehensive overview of my firm's profile, encompassing key aspects such as the company's name, logo, location, operational hours, vision and mission statements, objectives, goals, background of establishment, organizational structure, and the products or services given by the company. The subsequent section pertains to the reflective analysis of my training experience, encompassing the duration of my internship, the precise department in which I was placed, my designated roles and responsibilities, the tasks and assignments assigned to me, the benefits derived from this experience, and the personal development skills acquired throughout the course of my internship. This study will further elaborate on the concept of SWOT Analysis and provide more recommendations.
