Abstract
My memorable and impactful six-month industrial training began at Lembaga Tabung Haji Batu Pahat Branch in Johor, where I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in a company that offers services dedicated to helping the Ummah go on hajj and make savings in their own or relatives' accounts. Obtaining these valuable memories and experiences was not an easy task, but the best part of it all was that my internship aligned perfectly with the course I had taken, creating a seamless blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Throughout my time at Lembaga Tabung Haji, I was assigned to the Operations Department, but what made my journey even more enriching was the chance to work in various other departments, including Administrative and Hajj Unit, Customer Services Unit, Finance Unit, and Marketing Units. The diversity of roles allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's inner workings, and it was truly fascinating to witness how each department played a pivotal role in fulfilling the company's mission. Additionally, I had the rare opportunity to collaborate with top management on various assignments and tasks, which not only boosted my confidence but also exposed me to the intricacies of running such a multifaceted organization. The guidance and mentorship I received during these interactions were invaluable, and I am truly grateful for the numerous eventful experiences I had. One of the most rewarding aspects of my internship was the chance to engage in meaningful conversations with the staff, discussing and recommending perspectives on SWOT analysis and other strategies aimed at alleviating burdens and sustaining the company's growth. These interactions not only deepened my knowledge but also allowed me to contribute my insights to the reports, making me feel like a valued member of the team. Moreover, my internship at Lembaga Tabung Haji provided me with ample opportunities to enhance my industry expertise and develop essential skills needed to thrive in a real-world setting. As I actively participated in various aspects of the company's operations, I was able to observe first-hand the impact of my contributions and how they intertwined with the broader goals of the organization. To summarize, my six months of industrial training was truly an amazing experience that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. The company's dedication to serving the Ummah and providing essential services made me realize the importance of my work and motivated me to pursue a career path that can make a positive impact on people's lives. I am immensely grateful for this opportunity, and I am eager to apply the knowledge and skills I gained during this internship to make meaningful contributions in my future endeavors.
