Abstract
Coconut milk, an essential ingredient in various culinary recipes, is in high demand among both household users and kitchen staff. The traditional method of coconut milk extraction involves a series of labor-intensive steps, including shredding, grating, and squeezing, resulting in significant time and energy consumption. To address these challenges, a Coconut Milk Extractor Machine has been designed and fabricated. This innovative machine offers a transformative solution, eliminating the need for archaic tools such as knives, graters, and containers that were previously used for coconut milk extraction. The Coconut Milk Extractor Machine offers multifaceted advantages, catering to a wide range of users, including hawkers and home-based operators. Key benefits of this machine include its mechanical mechanisms, which streamline the coconut milk extraction process while minimizing direct contact with coconut fillings. The machine's compact size ensures portability and ease of relocation, facilitating its use in various settings. This versatility empowers users to consistently obtain high-quality coconut milk while significantly reducing the physical exertion required during the extraction process. In conclusion, the development of the Coconut Milk Extractor Machine represents a substantial advancement in the field of coconut milk extraction. Its user-friendly design and mechanical efficiency offer tangible benefits to a diverse user base, including both households and commercial establishments, ultimately enhancing the overall quality and efficiency of coconut milk production
