First of all, praise Allah SWT for providing me with the opportunity to complete my internship programme at 4s Mazda, LHM Auto Sdn Bhd. I thank him for giving me the strength, good health, mental stability, and all the resources I needed to successfully begin and end my internship period. I would like to thank my advisor, Madam Siti Nurul Akma Binti Ahmad, for her assistance. She has given me and all the students she supervises all of the necessary guidance. She is always available for questions and never hesitates to explain what we need to know, and she has given me some encouragement as I work on this report. Next, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ryan Lai and Mrs. Too Yei Mei, the directors of LHM Auto Sdn Bhd, for welcoming me to join their team.
