During my internship, I was able to put my newly acquired theoretical knowledge into practise by learning how a company's human resource department functions and organises its activities to maintain the organization's seamless operation at all levels by ensuring the right number of people are available at the right time to accomplish the right job. Not only that, but I have also learned about the company's working culture and seen how Safetyware Sdn. Bhd. treats its staff members with respect and autonomy to guarantee that they are inspired to give the company their all. In this report will contain company profile, training reflection, SWOT analysis, discussion, recommendation, conclusion and appendices.
