Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad / Nur Athirah Ayub

Based on my six-month internship at Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (MCHB), Negeri Sembilan (March 1, 2023 - August 15, 2023), the following report has been compiled. During my internship, I worked at the Secretary Department, which maintains and updates all relevant statutory records, registers, documentation, and forms. I worked under Puan Nor Alisa Sulong, the senior executive of the Purchasing Department, and Puan Zalikha Sukor, her assistant. The student and corporate profiles, training reflection, SWOT analysis, and recommendations are all included in this internship report. This report contains my opinion of the Secretary Department and my suggestions for moving forward. My duties include conducting a SWOT analysis of MCHB and suggesting how the organization's leadership could perform better. Part five of the internship report will focus on the SWOT analysis and recommendation. In the final section of this report, I will summarise what I learned and accomplished during my internship at MCHB. All the photos I took during the training have been added as appendices. Given my limited knowledge and expertise, I did my best to make this report as accessible as possible by translating genuine experience into an online format. We have also seen the many ways to improve processes and maintain ethical standards in a business environment may be challenging. However, this report explores how such procedures fit into the larger business plan. This report took six months to compile, and limited information is available because many aspects of MCHB's operations are too sensitive to be made public. Nonetheless, the report could shape future studies to evaluate infrastructure across all MCHB divisions.
