My internship with Stamford Asia Group for the purpose of this industrial training lasted for a period of six months, beginning on the 1st of March 2023 and ended on the 15th of August 2023. During this internship period, I was positioned in the Marketing Department and given the responsibilities to establish strategic marketing plans towards the company goals through different approaches. Stamford Asia Group consists of subsidiaries from various sectors and being able to be in the company for this internship exposes me to new knowledge and experiences from different industries. During the internship, I was expected to learn about the company and to think critically about how to apply the concepts I had learned in the classroom to real-world situations. There are 7 sections divided in this report, the first one is the student's profile which includes my resume portfolio and then followed by the company’s profile which includes the company’s vision, mission, backgrounds, organzational structure and product and services offered. Next, I explained regarding my training reflections which consists of working hours, department, roles, responsibilities, tasks assigned, gained and benefits from the company. Next is where I identify the strength, weaknesses, opportunity and threats for the business in SWOT matrix analysis and followed by discussion and recommendations on how the business can strengthen their performance, make use of the opportunity, improve their lacking and overcome the threats to survive in the market.
